Moscow & Pullman Building Supply was fortunate enough to be considered an essential business when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Our doors remained open during a very difficult and uncertain time. For that, we are forever grateful. We would like to thank all of our loyal customers who stuck with us during hard times and for the continued support of our community.
We understand the ripple effects of COVID-19 are still underway and know we are not out of the woods yet. However, we’re proud to say that we are still here and ready to serve our communities. We are doing our best to stay attentive to the community’s needs and to keep our shelves stocked. With manufacturer shut downs, shipping delays, and national outages, our buying team has been working tirelessly to maintain the best product selection we possibly can. So, if you’re in our store and see that a product is out on the shelf, know that our team is doing all they can. Thank you for your patience and for understanding.
We love the Palouse, our community roots are strong which is why it is of our up-most importance to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy. We continue to uphold frequent cleaning schedules and practice social distancing in both stores. We have temporarily suspended offering free popcorn and coffee, for the safety of employees and customers.
Both employees and customers are encouraged to stay home if they feel ill for the safety of others. Our management team is keeping a close eye on all CDC, state, and federal regulations and updates. In both of Moscow & Pullman Building Supply’s locations the requirement to wear a mask in our facilities has been lifted as of 5.18.21. Both Idaho and Washington State and local jurisdiction have amended the mask mandate(s) and lifted the ban to all who have been vaccinated. MPBS will not require proof of vaccination upon entry, but ask that all employees, patrons and visitors to MPBS act responsible, respectful and cooperate with the new policy. For those that need, we are offering call-in orders, curb-side pick up, and delivery options.
For curb-side pick up orders, you can call either one of our store locations, and let the associate know that you want to place a pick up order. Inform us of what you want, and we’ll take payment over the phone, either via account or credit card. Once you arrive at the store, let us know you’ve arrived by calling us from the parking lot, and we’ll bring it out to you, please note, you will be required to show ID that matches either the card or account being used at that time.
